This is a special Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, Carrollton, KY Fundraiser Auction. ONLINE & PICK-UP ONLY on Sat. & Sun. Dec. 5 & 6 at 10430 US 421 N. in Milton, KY. Items were donated by Chamber members with all proceeds going to the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce in Carrollton, KY, to support scholarships, programs, and growing the organization. As a Chamber member, Rapid Fire Auction Services is donating their services/fees to the fundraiser. 10% Buyer's Premium 6% KY Sales Tax Cash, local check, credit card (4% processing fee) accepted. Auction begins Nov. 25, 2020 at 7pm EST. Soft closing begins on Friday, Dec. 4 at 7pm EST. Pick-up is Dec. 5 & 6 from 10am-4pm EST at 10430 US 421 N. in Milton, KY. If you are not within driving distance of the auction house--or do not have a representative picking up your winning items--we kindly ask you to refrain from bidding. All registered bidders not within driving distance will be removed from bidding if Rapid Fire is not notifed of a local representative. Winning items not picked up on Dec. 5 & 6--or if arrangements to pay are not made by 4pm on Dec. 6--items will be returned to the seller and appropriate action will be taken agains any no show/no pay bidders. Invoices can be sent through Square with payment to be made by credit card. (4% processing fee.) Paid items will be held up to 30 days. Any paid items not picked up within 30 days will become the property of Rapid Fire Auction Services. As a member of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, Rapid Fire Auction Services is donating all commission and auction fees from the sale of donated items to the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce in Carrollton, KY. Items must be picked-up at the Rapid Fire Auction House located at 10430 US 421 N. in Milton, KY on Dec. 5 & 6, 2020 from 10 am-4 pm EST. A 10% Buyer's Premium and 6% KY Sales Tax will be added to all invoices. Cash, local check, credit card (4% processing fee) accepted. All items are "as-is" and "where is" with no warranty or guarantees. Buyers must pre-register with a credit/debit card before bidding. YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGAL CONTRACT to purchase merchandise by placing bids, enforceable by law through the Kentucky court system. We DO NOT ship! Rapid Fire Auction Services reserves the right to resell winning merchandise that is not claimed or paid for by the winnng bidder if arrangements are not made for pick-up on Dec. 5-6 from 10 am-4 pm EST. Paid merchandise not claimed within 30 days of payment becomes the property of Rapid Fire Auction Services. Colors of items may vary in person than those on your computer screen or electronic device. We collect a Kentucky 6% Sales tax on all purchases until you have a current sales resale certificate on file. Please bring help to assist you in any loading of heavy items. Prompt pick-up is required as we have limited space and will be preparing for our next sale.
