A 10% Buyer's Premium is paid by the purchaser and goes to the auction house to cover all auction fees. CASH, LOCAL CHECK or CREDIT CARD (4% processing fee) accepted up to $1000. Tax will be charged and not refunded if a certificate is not presented at time of pick-up. We will not refund tax charges if a certificate is not on file or one left during pick-up. $65 fee for returned checks. Winning bidders must pick-up items on Aug. 14-15 from 10am-4pm. Please bring packing supplies and people to assist you in any loading of heavy items. Prompt pick-up is required as we have limited space and will be preparing for our next auction. If you are not within driving distance of 10430 US 421 N. in Milton, KY--or do not have a representative who is picking up on your behalf--we kindly ask that YOU DO NOT BID. If you are able to pick-up but have a non-local address, please notify the auction house before bidding. Bidders with non-local addresses will have their bids removed otherwise. Winning merchandise not pick-up on Aug. 14-15 from 10 am to 4 pm EST will have their winning purchases resold by Rapid Fire Auction Services in a future auction. No shows/non-payment and will be banned from future auctions, reported to HiBid and risk legal action. We are happy to send you a secured online invoice to be paid within 24 hours. Paid merchandise will be held until Monday, Aug. 15 at 4pm. Paid items not picked-up by this time will become the property of the Auction House without further notification to the buyer.
