Items must be picked-up at the Rapid Fire Auction House located at 10430 US 421 N. in Milton, KY on May 28-29, 2022 from 10 am-4 pm EST. A 10% Buyer's Premium is paid by the purchaser and goes to the auction house to help cover auction fees. All auction items are "as is"; "where is" with no warranty, guarantees, or returns. Bidders with out-of-the-area addresses will be removed from the auction process and/or have bid removed if the auctioneer is not notified ahead of time that you or a representative will pick up any and all auction wins on the designated pick-up days. ***Bidders wth negative feedback or reviews from other auction houses will be removed from the auction.*** CASH, LOCAL CHECK or CREDIT CARD (4% processing fee) accepted up to $1000. Over $1000 is CASH, BANK CASHER'S CHECK or WIRE. ($15 wire fee.) New bidders must pay by cash or Cashier's Check only if your total is over $200. $65 RETURNED CHECK FEE. Colors of autual merchandise may vary from the colors on electronic devices. Should there be an issue with the Hibid (Sand Hills) bidding software, the auctioneer reserves the right to extend, delay, or restart the auction. Preview days are May 21 & 22, 2022 from 10am-4pm at 10430 US 421 N. in Milton, KY. Auctioneer may not be able to answer last-minute questions within the final days of the auction and especially during the closing. If your address is not with a reasonable distance from the auction house your bid will be put on hold until autioneer is notified that an in-person pickup will take places during the designated pickup days. Buyers must pre-register with a credit/debit card before bidding. We do NOT charge this card automatically at the close of the auction if you are the winning bidder. Payment is made at time of pick-up at the auction house by cash, local check, cashier's check, credit card, or wire per accepted forms of payment within our guidelines. YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGAL CONTRACT to purchase merchandise by placing bids, enforceable by law through the Kentucky court system. We *DO NOT SHIP* so we kindly ask you to refrain from bidding if you're not within driving distance or do not have a local representative that will be picking up items on Sat. & Sun., May 28 & 29, 2022 from 10am-4pm at the auction house. Rapid Fire Auction Services reserves the right to resell winning merchandise that is not claimed or paid for by the winnng bidder if arrangements are not made for pick-up on from 10 am-4 pm EST. on Sat. & Sun., May 28-29, 2022. Paid merchandise not claimed by the following weekend becomes the property of Rapid Fire Auction Services without further notification to the purchaser. We collect a Kentucky 6% Sales tax on all purchases until you have a current sales resale certificate on file. Tax must be paid if certificate is expired at time of pick-up. If you do not have a tax certiicate on file, you must submit one at time of pick-up for us to add to our system. We will not refund tax charges if proper paperwork is not available during pick-up. $65 fee for returned checks. In the case of any electronic misfunction by the HiBid or Auction Flex software companies, Rapid Fire Auction Services retains the right to extend or restart an auction should it be to the advantage of our estate owners and/or consignors to do so. If you are not within driving distance of 10430 US 421 N. in Milton, KY--or do not have a representative who is picking up on your behalf--we kindly ask that YOU DO NOT BID. If you are able to pick-up but have a non-local address, please notify the auction house before bidding. Bidders with non-local addresses will have their bids removed and or be shut off from bidding. **Bidders with negative feedback/scores will be removed from the bidding process.** Winning merchandise not pick-up on May 28 & 29, 2022 at 10430 US 421 N. in Milton, KY, from 10 am to 4 pm EST will have their winning purchases resold by Rapid Fire Auction Services in a future auction. No shows/non-payment bidders will be banned from future auctions, reported to HiBid and risks legal action. We are happy to send you a secured online invoice to be paid within 24 hours. Paid merchandise will be held until the following Saturday at 4pm with pre-arrangements. Paid items not picked-up by this time will become the property of the Auction House without further notification to the buyer.
