This is on ONLINE ONLY auction with all merchandise available for PICK-UP ONLY at the Rapid Fire Auction Service auction house located at 10430 US 421 N. in Milton, KY. (3 miles from Madison, IN) The auction opens on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. EST. Pre-registration is required. Very small merchandise such as coins or small lots of jewelry may be marked shippable and will require a $10 handling fee along with shipping costs and the total amount of the billed invoice. If you are located out of the local area and unable to pick-up winning items (or send a representative) we kindly ask you to refrain from bidding. Auction begins soft closing on Friday, August 7, 2020 at 7:00 pm EST. A preview day is set for Sunday, Aug. 2, 2020 from Noon-4 p.m. 10430 US 421 N, in Milton, KY, or by appointment. Pick-up dates/times are Aug. 8-9, 2020 from 10 am-4 pm EST. Cash, local check, and credit card (4% processing fee) accepted. 10% Buyer's Premium. 6% KY sales tax on all orders unless a current retail tax certificate is on filed or a copy brought for our records at the time of pick-up. All items are sold "as-is", "where-is" with no warranty or guarantees implied. All bidders must pre-register and be approved to enter into a legal contract with Rapid Fire Auction Services. Rapid Fire Auction Services reserves the right to return unclaimed winning merchandise back to the consigner and resell if not pick-up on the designated pick-up days or arranged to be picked-up within 7 days after the close of the auction. This is also grounds for moving forward with legal action due to non-payment.
